Academic & Student Affairs Office
The Academic & Students Affairs Office is responsible for the Academic and Student life of the University College.
This Division is made up of the Admissions, Examinations, Student Affairs and the Sports divisions.
It liaises with the various Faculties and Departments as well as the School of Graduate Studies on all matters relating to academics.
It collaborates with the Offices of the Dean of Students, University Chaplaincy, the Student Representative Council (SRC) and the Committee of Hall Masters to regulate student Studies, Campus Activities and Promote Student Welfare in General.

The Administration
The administration division of the Kings & Queens Medical University College is responsible, among others, for all services of the University College. It act as a coordination for the smooth operation of the various Offices and departments of the University College. It provides services including Security, Maintenance, transportation, Grounds and Gardens, Health and social welfare.

Human Resource Management
The Human Resource Management division of the Kings & Queens Medical University College is responsible for the constant reviewing of the University College’s Human Resource Base. It is responsible for planning and executing programmes that assure Staff Training and Development. It function as a vehicle for Continuous Professional Education through Refresher and Short Courses. Also, it is responsible for the recruitment and in-service training of new and old staff. This Division facilitates linkages between the University College and health Industry for Staff Attachments and other industrial experiences.
It is also the liaison between the University College and Scholarship Secretariat.

Staff and Students Welfare
This Division of the Kings & Queens Medical University College handles Staff Recruitment, Promotion, Discipline and General Staff and students Welfare. It is also responsible for maintaining a Nominal Roll for Staff and students for constant review.

University Relations Office (URO)
This division of the Kings & Queens Medical University College Relations Office is the Mouthpiece of the university college. It is found under the Office of the Registrar. Its major responsibilities are to project and maintain the good image and identity of the University College. It functions as the link between the University, other universities, corporate bodies and the public. It publishes all official documents of the University. The University Relations Office also plays a vital facilitative role in the organisation of all official University functions. It also hosts the Alumni Centre of the University College.

Foreign Affairs Office
This Division of the Kings & Queens Medical University College is responsible for all international students and International cooperations. It is a linkage between the University College and other Universities Overseas. It is responsible for the organization of all International Conferences and forums. The Foreign Affairs Office act as the oversea students’ admission and welfare department. It serves as a medium for Foreign Exchange Programmes between Kings & Queens Medical University College and its Affiliate Universities Abroad.
