The Organogram of Kings and Queens Medical University College depicts the Hierarchy of the Institution
The Board of Kings and Queens Medical University College will establish a number of Committees to assist in the development of managerial and operational policies and practices. Without pre-empting future Board decisions, it is expected that the following Committees will be established as either a constitutional requirement or for effective management of the Medical University College:
- Operations & Management Policy Committee
- Finance & Fiduciary Committee
- Medical Ethics & Professional Conduct Committee
- Forensic Review of Deaths Committee
- Medical Education Curriculum Committee
- Secondary School Curriculum Committee
- Crisis Management Committee
- Staff Welfare Committee
- Clinical Review Committee
